The welcoming staff made my stay enjoyable with outstanding service. The breakfast was delightful and energizing before my adventures. the location is perfect for easy access to transportation and breathtaking nature.

The shared bathroom setup can be inconvenient during busy mornings, and the absence of air conditioning made the room uncomfortable on warmer days. noise from other guests disrupted my sleep.

We loved our stay here with our two kids. the area is perfect for hiking, and a quick train ride takes you to terrific skiing in Grindelwald. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals together.

My wife says that a few basics like shampoo should be included.

the hirschen is perfectly located just a short walk from interlaken west station, making it super convenient for getting around. the staff were incredibly friendly and even gave us some discount coupons for transportation. the cozy atmosphere provided a nice homestay feel, and the shared bathroom was clean and well-equipped with essential toiletries.
